Hurt-Battelle Memorial Library in West Jefferson held Storytime on Friday October 17 with Monster Mash Bash. Storytime leader Cassie Smith read the story “Monster Mash” by David Catrow to the children; it was a graveyard smash! After reading the story there was a parade around the room with musical instruments to the Monster Mash song. The day concluded with craft projects for the children to create with supplies provided by the library.
