Fall Fest Fun

The winners of the 4 and under costume contest, sponsored by the West Jefferson Community Association are 1st place Kohan Morris dressed as the Thing, 3rd place Juliette Mitchem and Harlow Tayes dressed as mustard and ketchup and 2nd place Elliot Roby dressed as cotton candy.

The Village of West Jefferson Parks and Recreation Department held its annual Fall Fest on Saturday, October 25th at the West Jefferson Community Center. Children in costume along with parents, grandparents, and friends were greeted with over 30 trunks and treats. They were also able to enjoy a hayride, Haunted House, free food and drinks, a face painter, air brushed tattoos, balloon animals, music, a bonfire and the Mayor’s pumpkin patch. There was also a contest for the best trunk display and a costume contest for 3 different age groups.
