Aug. 9 Wizard Faire Promises Day of Enchantment

From the Pickerington Wizard Faire

Pickerington’s most whimsical summer tradition is back — and more magical than ever.

On Aug. 9, at 11 a.m., Victory Park (101 Lockville Road) will transform into a realm of fantasy and fun as the Pickerington Wizard Faire opens its gates to wizards, warriors, fairies, and families. Admission is free.

Now in its third year, the Wizard Faire has grown from its origins in the Wands and Wizards Festival to a beloved standalone event. The day features live performances, hands-on games, fantasy trivia, a costume contest, and more than 40 artisan vendors.

“Vendors and performers love coming back to our little festival ,” said Rachel Scofield, committee chair. “It’s a whimsical fusion of Renfaire charm, circus spectacle, and community pride.”
